These materials are intended to support a personal practice of yoga that includes Asana, Meditation and Reflection. They are intended as a reference for the students in the class as well as a practice tool for former and current students. It is recommended that students have at least a year of consistent practice under their belt before attempting to follow along with any of these classes.

I understand that classes at may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
